He has a degree in Marketing, a master’s in management from Universidade Católica, a Strategic Marketing Program from Ross Business School, University of Michigan and an Executive MBA from AESE | IESE, where he is a lecturer and an award-winning case writer.

An expert in Retailing, Advertising, Digital Communications and e-Commerce, Jorge is now a senior consultant at Essency.
As a seasoned executive, Jorge has been a Director of several companies in the Retailing business, Discount, Hiper &Supermarkets, food and non-food. More recently he was involved on setting-up a full online store for the Design and Furniture Business at International level. Jorge completed the PADE at AESE Business School.

Magdalena is a communication expert and an entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in creating, managing and facilitating development projects. She founded her first business – a PR Agency in 2007 and successfully implemented more than 30 PR and lobbying campaigns, including the oneenforcing a ban on smoking in public places in Poland.
Currently, she oversees Story Seekers Poland, a consulting and training company powered by Mike Bosworth Leadership™. Magdalena is a part of a global team of coaches and consultants who help managers and business owners in B2B industries communicate, influence and sell more effectively. For the last 8 years, she has conducted more than 150 training and development projects and workshops for organizations located in the USA, Singapore, UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Norway, Armenia and Poland.

As a seasoned executive, Ramiro has been the CEO of several companies in the Insurance, Healthcare, Retail and Publishing sectors during his 30+ year career. All of them eventually became market leaders.
As a Professor, he's been lecturing Strategic Marketing, CX, Branding and Marketing Forecasting methodologies at AESE Business School for over 20 years and at the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. He is regularly invited to speak at Dubai Business Schools.
