According to the Power Triangle Methodology

The Power Triangle Methodology framework distills intricate business strategies into four fundamental components: Business Purpose, Value Proposition, Customer Experience, and Reputation.  

The Power Triangle Methodology involves answering three questions about its three main elements:

  • Business Purpose = Why you?
  • Value Proposition = What do you say?
  • Customer Experience = What do you do?

Each of these questions needs to be addressed through additional questions for an accurate assessment.

This assessment provides a tool for measuring your performance on the first three core elements of The Power Triangle Methodology and consist of four steps..

Ten statements are included in steps 1 and 3. For each statement, select a number between 1 and 5, where 1 indicates "low agreement" and 5 indicates "high agreement."

Sum the values to obtain your total score for each step, with a maximum possible score of 50.

Please review the analysis for steps 1, 2, and 3. Add the scores of the 3 steps. Then, find the difference between the levels of steps 2 and 3. 

Review the final analysis to understand your company's status and identify areas needing attention.
