“They Ask, You Answer” by Marcus Sheridan
Marcus Sheridan’s book emphasizes the importance of teaching clients business success. It details how to transform businesses online and offline by providing valuable information and establishing expertise.

The book They Ask You Answer by Marcus Sheridan has a special value for me.

Perhaps no book can better merge the two activities that I have most favored in my professional life: being a manager and a teacher at the same time.

Marcus tells us in the first person how the concept of teaching clients has contributed to two successful careers: the first, which transformed his practically bankrupt swimming pool sales business into something flourishing based on his ability to answer the practical questions that all clients have when they are looking to make a significant purchase or investment, without any sales goals as such, but with the aim of establishing himself as an authority or expert in the field.
The second is as a consultant, explaining in a very simple and practical way how each company can progress based on the same technique.

The book follows step by step the different stages and contents of business preparation and transformation, both online and offline, in unpretentious, fluid, and clear language.

And because the methodology followed is based on helping clients to understand subjects of interest to them, and take informed decisions based on a pedagogical, honest and not primarily salesy attitude, this is how the fusion between teaching and managing business is achieved.
